Plant Controller

We are looking for a Controller for our client from Arad, a non-automotive, production company.

Your main responsibilities will be:
Responsible for the Monthly reporting for the RO Plant
Performing annual budget together with the Group Controlling Team
Supporting plant management in analyzing and in decision making
Coordination of periodical forecast process for the plant
Control on stocks
Sales & prices analysis
Material management: Standard prices vs. purchase prices analyze report variances
Support on project-by-project reporting, analyze variances and results on monthly basis
Ensure open & permanent communication with other departments
Perform Ad-hoc reports for the plant management.

What we are looking for:
Economics / Technical University degree
Experience in controlling area: min 2 years, preferably with accounting background
Very good English skills (spoken and written)
Very Good PC knowledge (MS Office, especially Excel)
Ability to manage large data sets with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy and reliability
Able to express ideas clearly, both analytically and synthetically
Very good team player with interpersonal and social skills
Flexibility.
