Customer Service Representative with English

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with English, for our client, an automotive company.

As a Customer Service Representative you will have the following responsibilities:
▪ Preparation and evaluation of price quotations;
▪ Maintenance of Master Data and Price List;
▪ Order Management;
▪ Issuing, checking, and sending of quotations and order confirmations;
▪ Observance of the credit guidelines of the assigned customers;
▪ Complaint handling and coordination with quality department and the customer;
▪ Contact person for the customer by commercial questions (inquiries, orders, delivery dates);
▪ Observance of the agreed standards in the processing of inquiries, complaints and order management;
▪ Maintenance of customer portals.

Requirements:
▪ Commercial and/or Economic studies;
▪ Min. 2 years of experience in Customer Service in automotive industry - must have!
▪ Independent and result-oriented way of working;
▪ Good communication and teamwork skills;
▪ Good MS Office knowledge/SAP User experience - nice to have;
▪ High level of commitment and a pronounced customer focus;
▪ Analytical way of thinking;
▪ English is a must;
German - nice to have.
